For over 23 years I have made a career of building maintenance and repairs in Tucson. 6 years as the Maintenance Engineer for a large commercial property. 10 years as a part time handyman for home and business owners. 13 years as the Maintenance Supervisor for a Private Country Club. Communication is not a problem. I know how to listen to your needs. I am prepared to take care of all your maintenance and remodeling needs. I can do the job as you request, using your punch list or my own. My past experiences and my skills enable me to do the required repairs to total satisfaction. Quality & Professionalism is what I deliver. I have experience in all fields of maintenance, repair and construction. From changing a light bulb to building a room. My skills include: electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall tape and texture, roof repair, skylights, some heating and cooling, windows, doors, pool equipment, fences and patios. Those are just the big things, I am also skilled in the small hardware items it takes to make a house work. Some repairs require me to be creative, which I can do and still make the job come out with professional results. There are not many problems I can not make go away! I will get your job done.
